Terms and Conditions

• You are making a booking with the hotel directly.
• Please review the booking and cancellation policies for the bookings. In case you make a change or cancel the booking, the cancellation penalties specified may apply.
• You may be asked to furnish the form of payment and identification proofs during check-in.
• Other inclusions not listed as part of this booking may be chargeable.
• Outside food and liquor are not allowed or served at our hotel, and no cutlery/crockery will be provided for outside food.
• Visitors are strictly not allowed in rooms, however, registered guests can meet their visitors either in the lobby or restaurant area. Rooms are meant for stay purposes and for registered guests only; parting/celebrations/self-decorations are not allowed in rooms. Damage caused will be charged accordingly.
• In case of a couple, guests checking in both guests have to be adults.
• Valid ID for all adults is mandatory at the time of check-in.
• Final rights of admission/check-in remain reserved with the hotel management, and a refund can be denied in case any misconduct is observed by the hotel management.

Cancellation Rules

• If cancellation is done 7 or more days prior to arrival, then the full amount will be refunded.
• If cancellation is done between 5 - 7 days of arrival, then 50% of the booking amount will be charged.
• If cancellation is done within 5 days of arrival, then the full amount will be charged.
• If no show, then the full amount will be charged.
