Dariya Hospitality Private Limited, incorporated on 19th September, 2018 in Mumbai, is driven by four directors, Mr. Ratnakar Shetty, Mr. Raghavendra Shetty, Mr. Prashant Shetty, and Mr. Raghunath Shetty.

Mr. Ratnakar Shetty, a Graduate in Arts, is a strategic investor and promoter in the realty, health care and hospitality sector. He promotes the Oscar Hospital in Thane and the Doctors Planet Clinic. He develops projects under the banner of Hari Om Developers. He promotes and operates boutique hotels under the brands Vihangs Inn (Vihang Kuber Hospitality), Prince (Matoshree Hospitality), fine-dining restaurants Suraj Veg Treat, Crystal, Sagar and Ratna Sagar in and around Thane District.

Mr. Raghavendra Shetty is a graduate in Art and is the proprietor and promoter of the Mercury Wine Dine and Skylab Bar & Restaurant, which are fine-dining family restaurants.

Mr. Prashant Shetty, a technical graduate in Computer Science, promotes the Hotel Prashant, a fine-dining restaurant in Mumbai.

Mr. Raghunath Shetty is a graduate in commerce, and he promotes Hotel Mourya Residency (Hotel Mourya Residency Pvt. Ltd.) and Hotel Manjushree Resort (Manjushree Hotels & Resorts Pvt Ltd), and the fine-dining restaurants Gootee and Matoshree around Thane.
